Ashurst advises Bupa on proposed acquisition of Partnered Health Group
Global law firm Ashurst is advising Bupa on its proposed acquisition of Partnered Health Group and its network of integrated healthcare services, from funds managed and/or advised by Quadrant Private Equity.
Bupa is an international healthcare company serving over 60 million customers worldwide. Partnered Health Group is a provider of integrated healthcare solutions. It operates a national network of 68 primary care clinics and three urgent care clinics, spanning general practice, skin cancer, allied health, and mental health services, as well as corporate health and wellbeing services delivered through the Jobfit, Baseline Onsite, New View Psychology, NewPsych Psychology, and Australian EAP brands.
The acquisition will add Partnered Health's network and service offering to Bupa's portfolio offering immediate national scale in primary care and corporate health and accelerating Bupa's existing strategy to strengthen member engagement through integrated care pathways.
The transaction is subject to ACCC and FIRB approval, and other customary conditions.
