毕律师尤其擅长国际资本市场、合规与并购交易，他在代理公司和投资银行处理公开及私下的股权和债券交易方面有超过20年的丰富经验，包括IPO、私人配售、后续发行、债务计划以及公开和私下收购、私有化、合资企业、分拆和其他形式的重组等。他代理的项目横跨亚太地区、欧洲和美国，服务对象包括在香港、上海、新加坡、日本和英国上市的企业。他近期的工作涉及科技、医疗与健康、零售、教育、金融服务和投资基金等多个领域。
毕律师拥有香港、英格兰及威尔士和爱尔兰的执业资格 ，并于2010年通过中国法律职业资格考试。
