Ashurst advises on Chinese new energy solution provider Breton Technology's HK$234 million H-shares IPO

Global law firm Ashurst acted as the Hong Kong legal adviser of China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities Limited and CMB International Capital Limited, the joint sponsors to Breton Technology Co., Ltd's (SEHK: 1333.HK) HK$234 million global offering and the listing of its shares on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
Breton Technology Co., Ltd. is a China-based provider of electric-powered engineering machinery. It designs, develops and commercializes battery-electric engineering machinery with autonomous capabilities and provides intelligent operation services.
