Global law firm Ashurst is advising Ricardo Plc on its £281 million recommended takeover by WSP UK, a wholly owned subsidiary of WSP Global.
Pursuant to the agreed terms of the acquisition, which is being implemented as a statutory scheme of arrangement, Ricardo shareholders will be entitled to receive 430 pence in cash per Ricardo share.
