Geoff McGrath is a senior associate in our digital economy practice
Geoff specialises in technology transactions, privacy and data protection. He advises clients across a range of industries on all aspects of information technology, e-commerce, software development and the procurement, outsourcing and commercialisation of technology. He regularly provides advice on cloud technologies as well as privacy and data security matters for customers and suppliers of information technology in Australia and abroad.
Geoff's experience includes negotiating and advising on a range of software, hardware and information technology services agreements, including software licensing, development and implementation and master services, managed services and outsourcing agreements, both as external counsel and from an in-house perspective as a secondee with a number of clients.
Geoff has acted for numerous clients including AGL, ANZ, Bank Australia, BlueScope Steel, Crown Resorts, EnergyAustralia, Melbourne City Council, and the State of Victoria in relation to a diverse range of information technology and privacy matters.
