Global law firm Ashurst has advised Allegro Funds on the share sale of Strait Link.
Strait Link, the Tasmanian arm of Team Global Express, is the largest integrated freight logistics provider across the Bass Strait, linking Tasmania and mainland Australia.
The shares are to be acquired by newly incorporated entities owned by Igneo Infrastructure Partners, the infrastructure arm of First Sentier Investors Group, and its flagship fund, ADIF.
The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to complete in the first half of 2026.
