As a corporate lawyer, John has almost 20 years' experience advising on mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets transactions. He is ranked as a leading individual in the Legal 500 Asia-Pacific 2022 Corporate and M&A rankings and as Highly Regarded by IFLR1000 2023.
In doing so, John has played an important role on numerous complex and sizeable transactions for local and foreign public and private companies, as well as major investment banks operating in the Australian market.
His experience spans takeovers, mergers, capital raisings, acquisitions, divestments and joint ventures, including numerous cross-border transactions.
