Vasi Papadopoulos

<p><span style="display: inline !important;">Vasi has extensive experience advising international and UAE corporates, financial institutions, private equity firms and family offices on a variety of transactions, with a focus on cross-border and local M&amp;A, joint ventures and restructuring. She works across a range of sectors, including technology, energy, financial services and e-commerce.</span></p><p>Vasi trained at a magic circle law firm and has practiced in international law firms for more than a decade. In that time, she has worked on mandates across the globe.
