Ashurst advises Inception Artificial Intelligence on its strategic partnership with Kore.ai

Global law firm Ashurst has advised Inception, a G42 company, on its strategic partnership with Kore.ai, Inc for the co-development of AI-powered products across multiple key enterprise sectors.
This partnership combines Inception's deep expertise in AI product development, backed by years of R&D experience, with Kore.ai’s conversational and GenAI technology-driven agentic platform and solutions, to accelerate Inception’s product development efforts. Moreover, the collaboration will drive the delivery of impactful AI solutions to businesses across the UAE and beyond, while enhancing Inception’s global reach through Kore.ai’s broad customer and partner network.
Ashurst's UAE and London teams were involved in the negotiation of the strategic partnership agreement.
