Paul regularly advises on a broad range of complex environmental and planning matters, including regulatory approvals, compliance, incident management, environmental prosecutions and litigation.
Paul has advised on a number of significant energy and resources projects in Queensland, nationally and internationally. His experience also extends to infrastructure projects including rail and port developments. In many of these cases, Paul has successfully achieved practical and commercial outcomes for his clients despite complicated regulatory frameworks.
