Dale's recent experience includes advising Lightsource bp on the development of Woolooga BESS (Qld) (co-located with existing solar farm); Shell Energy on arrangements for Wallerawang 9 BESS (NSW) (at repurposed coal fired power station site); Akaysha Energy on its innovative offtake arrangements for Orana BESS (NSW), which included the first banked virtual tolling agreement (layered with a firming LTESA); various bidders on all forms of CISA and LTESA (and NSW REZ access rights), including successful bids for Akaysha Energy and Ark Energy; and Rio Tinto on their renewable energy procurement process in Queensland, including their PPA with the Bungaban wind farm (Qld) - the largest corporate renewables PPA in Australia history at the time.

Dale has significant "in-house" experience, having completed secondments with "gentailers" AGL and CS Energy in Australia and having worked for Lightsource bp and UK Power Networks in Europe.
