Dale has over 10 years of specialist industry expertise in the energy and resources sectors, in particular advising clients in respect of renewable energy and emerging technologies.
He has advised clients in connection with the development and financing of new projects, M&A transactions (including, acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, due diligence and regulatory approval issues), project documentation (including, development, grid connection, network, retail, power purchase and hedging arrangements) and other major commercial contracts.
Dale has significant 'in-house' sector experience, having completed secondments with AGL in Melbourne and CS Energy in Brisbane and having also worked in London for both Lightsource BP, the UK's largest solar energy generator, and UK Power Networks, a network operator responsible for providing power to a quarter of the UK's population.
He has a proven track record of successful project management and delivery of large-scale projects in multiple international jurisdictions.
