Alice Rosenshaw is a senior associate in our projects practice
Alice focuses on advising on a wide range of project financings, developments and M&A transactions across the energy and infrastructure markets. Alice has particular experience advising sponsors, lenders and vendors in the renewables and power generation sectors in the UK and Europe.
Alice completed a secondment to FCC in 2023, and has spent time in the Ashurst Madrid office.
