individual PRIIPs KIDs (including the generation of KIDs in multiple languages)
- Checking service to ensure that the PRIIPs KID
(i) complies with applicable form and content
requirements and (ii) accurately reflects the terms
of the particular PRIIP
- Advisory service in relation to PRIIPs KID review,
republication and other legal requirements
- Compliance monitoring assistance to help firms
in ensuring they meet their internal and external
legal and regulatory compliance requirements
- Online KID database maintaining a record of
generated KIDs (for record keeping, compliance, KID update and precedent purposes)
- Online knowledge database holding all Ashurst
publications to date (we have produced, and will
continue to produce, briefings on each PRIIPs KID paper released) together with the relevant
legislation and other useful resources.

have vast experience of the mass production of
final terms and pricing supplements as well as
the German PIB and other short form issuance

for particular products or one off KIDs, and we have
a large team (including via our Glasgow centre) to
help produce kids in short order.
