Graduate Programme

Our 12 month graduate programme gives you the opportunity to work on real cases and transactions.

You will rotate through three different teams, gaining invaluable experience in multiple areas of commercial law, and at the end of the 12 months we'll work with you to decide which team to settle in.

Our Ashurst Activate Development Programme will help you develop your skills with tailored training sessions that complement your on-the-job training. You will also attend in-house Practical Legal Training to support your Admission, with study leave and admission fees paid for by Ashurst.

Most of our graduate roles are offered to people who have clerked with us, however we do occasionally recruit outside of clerkship programmes. These ad hoc opportunities will be advertised on our careers website.
