Olivia has extensive experience in complex real estate transactions, landowner/stakeholder aspects in the delivery of infrastructure and PPP projects, as well as specialising in property development. Her areas of expertise include complex leasing transactions, volumetric airspace subdivision, protection of rights through easements and covenants, mixed use developments, major transport projects and major tenant relocation or refurbishment.
Her expertise lies in complex land and stratum subdivision, creation of easements and covenants for the protection of rail and road corridors, compulsory acquisition of land, long-term licences and leases for the construction and operation of public infrastructure and government-led property development.
