Anton is an expert in mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets and has a particular focus on private equity transactions.
Anton has acted on some of the largest recent corporate transactions in the Australian market, advising clients in industries including private equity, real estate, financial services, retail and manufacturing, resources and energy, and mining and utilities.
