Andrew specialises in public M&A and capital markets transactions for ASX-listed companies. Andrew's M&A experience includes friendly and hostile takeovers, court-approved schemes for listed and unlisted companies and investment funds. Andrew’s capital markets experience includes IPOs, rights issues, placements, backdoor listings, SPAC mergers and offers of hybrid securities for APRA regulated issuers.
Andrew has acted in many high-profile M&A and ECM transactions across a number of sectors including financial services, real estate, funds management, industrials, resources and gaming.
Andrew regularly provides advice on Corporations Act, ASX Listing Rules and foreign acquisitions (FIRB) issues and leads our Korea cross-border transactions practice.
Andrew was recognised in the Legal 500 since 2017 as a Next Generation Lawyer in Equity Capital Markets. Andrew is fluent in English and Korean.
