Ashurst strengthens German antitrust practice in Frankfurt with partner hire

Global law firm Ashurst announces the appointment of Sergej Bräuer as partner in the Antitrust, Regulatory & Trade practice, based in Frankfurt, as the firm continues to grow both its German and international antitrust and competition law offerings.
Sergej has many years of experience advising on all aspects of antitrust and competition law as well as foreign investment control. He has successfully advised numerous clients in complex merger control proceedings, including the coordination of global filings, and in cartel damages actions. A particular focus of his practice is on cartel investigations and proceedings, compliance management, and the structuring of complex distribution systems and cooperation agreements.
