Denis Fosselard is a partner and head of the competition and EU law department in EMEA and also the managing partner of our Brussels office
Denis is a dual qualified lawyer (Brussels Bar and Rome Bar) and speaks French, English and Italian. His practice focuses on all aspects on EU antitrust law and has 20 years' experience in advising European corporates in relation to behavioural and merger control cases. He also has significant experience in assisting companies in State Aid investigations.
Denis regularly represents clients before both the European Commission and national competition authorities including the Italian competition authority. He represents clients also in litigation before the European Courts (GC, ECJ) and national courts.
