Global law firm Ashurst announces the appointment of Christy O'Connell as a partner in the corporate practice, based in London, as the firm expands its private equity practice.
Christy joins with over a decade of experience advising private equity sponsors, infrastructure investors and other financial investors on pan-European and international transactions. Christy's extensive expertise spans leveraged buy-outs, consortium deals, co-investments, minority investments, joint ventures, carve-outs, exits, reorganisations and other commercial transactions.
