Ashurst expands derivatives capability with partner hire in Hong Kong

Jonathan advises a wide range of clients including investment banks, funds, insurance companies and corporates with respect to complex structured finance and derivatives transactions across the Asia Pacific region. He has developed a particular expertise advising on structured equity transactions, structured fixed income transactions, the impact of international derivative regulations, issues around IBOR transition, and hedging transactions.
