Ashurst continues to grow Corporate team with senior capital markets partner hire
Global law firm Ashurst announces it is further strengthening its City corporate practice with the ap-pointment of senior capital markets partner Jonathan Parry.
Jonathan has over 25 years' experience advising on equity capital markets transactions on the London Stock Exchange and other stock exchanges across the EMEA region, including IPOs, rights is-sues, placings and accelerated book-builds, acting for both issuers and investment banks. He spent 18 months on secondment to the UK Listing Authority and is included in the Hall of Fame for UK ECM in the Legal 500.
