    Ashurst appoints Noam Ankri as Managing Partner of its Paris office

    Global law firm Ashurst announces the appointment of Noam Ankri as Managing Partner of its Paris office, effective May 1, 2025.

    Noam, who joined the firm in 2018, heads the restructuring practice of the Paris office. He advises on complex and cross-border matters, with dual expertise in Corporate/M&A (LBOs, GP Stakes, joint-ventures) and restructuring (distressed asset sales, debt restructurings, insolvency proceedings). He was recently involved on high-profile matters such as Blue Owl’s investment in PAI Partners, as well as the financial restructurings of Atos and Casino.

    Established in 1990, Ashurst's Paris office today comprises more than 80 lawyers, including 21 partners. In 2026, the office will move into its new offices at 185 rue Saint-Honoré (Paris 1).
