Ashurst advises global investment manager on lease of Landsec's Lucent office space

Global law firm Ashurst has advised a global investment manager on its lease for 50,000 square foot of office space at Landsec's Lucent development. Lucent is Landsec's latest office-led scheme in central London, a new destination directly behind London's Piccadilly lights. The tenant will take two separate leases for 50,0000 square foot in the building across two floors, with a right of refusal over a third floor.

The occupier client is global investment management firm with offices across Europe and North America. Its new London office space is almost double the size of its current UK headquarters.

The team was led by partner Jamie Chapman and senior associate Dan Fielding, supported by partner Simon Swann, counsel Matt Pearson, senior associate Rebecca Kell and associate Ashley Squire.
