Dan Fielding is a Senior Associate in our Real Estate practice
Dan advises on a wide range of Real Estate transactions, with a focus on acting for funds and developers on the acquisition and disposal of logistics, mixed-use and life science assets.
Dan has experience advising on Corporate Real Estate aspects transactions including Joint Ventures as well as Real Estate Finance transactions, acting for both borrowers and lenders. He was seconded to the Debt Products Team at Lloyds Banking Group in 2020.
Dan continues to act for both landlords and tenants on lettings and asset management matters in respect of office, retail and logistics properties.
