    Ashurst advises eToro in relation to historic US$620m NASDAQ listing

    Global law firm Ashurst has advised eToro Group Ltd, one of the world's largest online retail trading platforms, in relation to certain aspects of its US$620m initial public offering on the NASDAQ Global Select Market.

    eToro's listing on the NASDAQ, under the symbol "ETOR", is a significant milestone in its ambitions to democratise global financial markets.

    The Ashurst team was led by Global Head of Financial Regulatory Jake Green, with support from associate, Jack Collins, and solicitors, Tiegan Cormie and Penny Chamberlain.

    Commenting on the mandate, Jake said, "We are thrilled to be a trusted advisor to the eToro Group. This is just another step in their incredible journey that we are delighted to be a part of".

    Ashurst worked in close collaboration with Skadden Arps Slate Megher & Flom LLP, with Latham & Watkins representing the underwriters.
