Global law firm Ashurst has advised Endurance Land, a member of the Nan Fung Group, on the letting of Jahn Court and Brassworks at Regent Quarter, King's Cross, London, to artificial intel-ligence company OpenAI.

The transaction represents a significant letting for Endurance Land and a key milestone for Re-gent Quarter. OpenAI has taken 88,500 sq ft of high-quality office space across the two build-ings, as it continues to expand its UK footprint.

Ashurst's multi-disciplinary team was led by real estate partner Lee Foxcroft. The wider team comprised real estate partner Todd Wu, senior associates Katie Hughes and Victoria Peverall, and associate Hannah Smyk. Partner Ben Patton and associate Conor Murphy led on construc-tion matters with partner Simon Swann and associate Oliver Passmore assisting on tax as-pects.
