We advise on IP ownership of advertising and related materials and conduct advertising copy and labelling reviews for a wide range of clients. This includes advising on the application of consumer protection, IP laws and other regulatory regimes applicable to advertising. We also advise on consumer promotions and lotteries. We represent clients in litigation relating to advertising, labelling, consumer promotion and lotteries and in claims before government marketing regulators and self-regulatory Advertising Standards boards.
