Victoria practises in all aspect of property law and has advised on a variety of infrastructure projects, property developments, acquisitions and disposals of all types of properties as well as commercial, industrial and retail leasing. Victoria has acted for a broad spectrum of clients from public sector clients, major property developers, major financial institutions, railway manager, listed property trusts to receivers and managers.
Victoria has extensive experience in drafting, negotiating and advising on a large array of property transaction documents, land access agreements, project development and delivery agreements as well as in undertaking due diligence investigations in respect of commercial, residential, mixed use, retail and rural properties.
Victoria also has experience and understanding of land access issues that liner infrastructure providers face in negotiating land tenure for project delivery. She has extensive experience in land titling and general property related issues that utilities providers face in project delivery and ongoing operation and maintenance of its utilities infrastructure.
