Trent has extensive experience advising clients on a broad range of employment, industrial relations and work health and safety issues. Trent provides strategic legal advice to clients on industrial relations issues and disputes, workplace change initiatives and individual employment issues. In the area of work health and safety, Trent assists clients to respond to major safety incidents, deal with investigations by regulators and subsequent prosecution and coronial proceedings.
Trent has in-depth experience in conducting complex litigation, and regularly appears for clients in proceedings in Commonwealth and New South Wales employment tribunals and courts.
