With almost 10 years of experience as bankruptcy and restructuring attorney, corporate lawyer and litigator, Tommaso has represented debtors and debtors in possession, UTP-NPL funds, secured creditors and unsecured creditors’ committees, agents, bank groups, senior and mezzanine lenders, trustees and receivers in all types of debt restructuring, litigation and bankruptcy reorganization proceedings, including out-of-court workouts and mortgage and loan modification. He has strong commercial law basis and experience in any kind of M&A deals (both asset and share deals); ability to manage business plans and balance sheets and, in general, all the financial data of a company (including complex spreadsheets).
Tommaso has a civil law background and valid experience in the litigation/ADR sector as lawyer arguing oral discussions in courts, especially in the banking, factoring, leasing and operational lease matters and in all kind of company liability actions.
