Tim specialises in commercial property law, with a particular emphasis on capital transactions (both acquisitions and disposals), development projects and complex leasing transactions.
In addition, Tim also regularly advises clients on resources and infrastructure projects, pipeline developments, renewable energy projects and hotel, leisure and gaming projects.
Tim has acted for a diverse range of clients, including governments, listed Australian REITs, listed property developers, infrastructure developers, resource companies, financiers and high-net worth individuals.
