Dr. Thomas Sacher is a partner in our corporate department in Munich
His area of expertise comprises private and public M&A as well as corporate governance issues.
He particularly advises national and international clients on all types of domestic and cross-border corporate transactions: acquisition and sales of corporates or corporate stakes, joint ventures, takeovers, MBO/MBI and mergers.
Thomas has a particular expertise in the automotive, industrial and digital economy sectors and is in charge of the Global Automotive Group at Ashurst.
