Thécla specialises in regulated and unregulated investment funds. She advises international and Luxembourg clients on all aspects of investment funds management, including the setting-up, structuring, capital raising and liquidation of investment funds.
Prior to joining Ashurst, Thécla worked for the investment management and corporate law team of a Luxembourg niche law firm.
Thécla was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2020 and speaks English, French and Luxembourgish.
