Ted practices in a range of contentious and non-contentious work across all areas of intellectual property and media law.  He provides strategic advice to clients in relation to intellectual property strategy and enforcement, licensing arrangements, consumer law issues and therapeutic goods regulation.  Ted also also advises clients on all aspects of content development, production, regulation and disputes.
