Tamara has more than 12 years of experience in employment, industrial relations, discrimination and occupational health and safety law.
She has extensive experience in conducting and managing complex employment-related litigation, including before the High Court of Australia, Federal Court of Australia, Federal Circuit Court, Fair Work Commission, Queensland Industrial Relations Commission and various tribunals and commissions both at the State and Federal Level.
She provides practical and strategic advice and solutions to clients across a broad range of industries and on a wide range of employment, industrial relations, discrimination and occupational health and safety matters. Tamara is experienced in advising on redundancy and consultation processes, restructures, termination of employment issues, adverse action, disciplinary matters, workplace investigations, managing ill and injured workers, discrimination and harassment, industrial action, enterprise bargaining disputes and responding to and managing safety incidents.
Tamara has been consistently ranked as a leading individual for Labour and Employment Law in Best Lawyers Australia 2017-2020 and was recognised as an Employment & WHS Rising Star – Australia 2019 by Doyle's Guide.
