Stuart advises on international equity capital markets and M&A transactions across Europe and Asia. Stuart has more than 15 years of experience of acting for corporates and investment banks on public and private offerings of equity, including private placements, initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, accelerated book builds as well as on cash tender and exchange offers, mergers, spin-offs, and other corporate restructurings. He has worked on matters throughout Asia Pacific, Europe and the Middle East, including for companies listed on the stock exchanges in Hong Kong, Australia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Taiwan, Korea, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Switzerland, Germany and Israel. His recent experience includes transactions for companies in the health care, consumer & retail, education, technology, energy & natural resources, financial services and real estate sectors, as well as for investment funds.
Stuart has worked at leading international law firms in New York, London and Hong Kong.
