Stuart has over 10 years' experience acting for both sponsors and lenders in high value acquisition and development finance transactions, re-financings and senior and mezzanine debt financing secured over UK and European property. Stuart has acted on a number of high-profile matters, advising UK, US and European banks, funds and private capital sponsors across the full spectrum of asset classes, including substantial portfolio transactions and the financing of cross-border non-performing real estate debt.
