Stephanie De Vere is a senior associate in our corporate transactions practice
Stephanie specialises in advising on mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Stephanie also has experience advising on shareholder issues and shareholders agreements, Corporations Act compliance and other corporate issues as well as general commercial contracting across various industry sectors.
In addition, Stephanie has public sector experience advising the Queensland Government on strategic transactions. She was part of a team that advised the Queensland Government on the privatisation of the Port of Brisbane and was also part of the teams that advised on the restructure of the Queensland Government owned electricity generators and the restructure of the water supply arrangements in South East Queensland.
