Selina advises on all areas of indirect tax, with a particular focus on stamp duty and GST. Selina's practice includes providing advice on stamp duty and GST issues for a wide range of transactions including property developments, share sale and business sale arrangements, takeovers and corporate reconstructions, and foreign investments.
Selina has acted for a range of clients in the private and public sector on significant projects and transactions, including Vodafone for the recent proposed merger with TPG, the NSW Government on the recent Sydney Metro project.
Selina has applied her expertise in the area of Queensland stamp duty issues to advise a large international corporate group on its restructure, and a national energy company in relation to its Queensland gas pipeline projects.
