She specialises in real estate investment, development and structured finance and advises across a wide range of asset classes including emerging sectors such as data centres, science parks and live-work schemes, where the boundaries between real estate finance and other disciplines meet, alongside all traditional real estate asset classes. Sarah has considerable expertise acting for all types of investors and lenders in relation to their finance requirements throughout the investment lifecycle and has particular responsibility for the real estate finance group's interface with the firm's commercial banks and financial institution clients.
