Ross advises banks, funds and private equity borrowers on all aspects of leveraged loan finance, including senior debt, unitranche, subordinated facilities, dividend recapitalisations, amend and extends, and financing for bolt-on acquisitions. Ross has, in particular, been at the forefront of providing market-leading advice to credit fund lenders in the European leveraged loan market.
He also has extensive experience acting for both creditors and debtors in distressed situations, ranging from covenant resets through to enforcement scenarios. Ross also advises on highly bespoke special situation lending opportunities.
