Rebecca advises on digital infrastructure, technology, artificial intelligence and data.
Rebecca has a particular focus on large scale digital infrastructure projects including fibre rollout and sub-sea cable projects as well as network acquisitions, telecommunications regulation, Security of Critical Infrastructure, spectrum licensing, data centres, service contracts (including wholesale supply contracts), colocation and network sharing.
Rebecca also advises on technology and data issues including technology contracting and outsourcing, licensing and technology development, product launches, cyber security, data commercialisation and data regulation.
Rebecca delivers strong technical advice, based on deep industry and market knowledge. She is praised by clients for her ability to quickly process and cut through complexities to reach commercial outcomes as well as her calm and strategic approach to negotiations
