Rebecca advises public and private sector clients on employment, discrimination and work health and safety matters. She provides advice across state and federal jurisdictions on a range of matters including safety incidents, serious disciplinary issues, unfair dismissals, bullying, sexual harassment, workplace investigations, legislative entitlements and company policies.
Rebecca has significant experience in work health and safety law, including responding to major safety incidents, regulator interactions and engagement, criminal safety prosecutions and enforceable undertaking processes.
Rebecca has advised clients in the energy sector, mining industry, construction industry and government (including the transport, health and arts sectors). Rebecca also delivers client-specific training on topics including work health and safety law and workplace investigations.
