Ratha Nabanidham

Ratha leads our Brisbane corporate practice and is an M&A and corporate advisory expert. She advises on public and private M&A transactions, joint venture arrangements, restructures, capital raisings, consortium and shareholders' agreements and corporate governance issues. She also advises on Corporations Act, ASX Listing Rules and FIRB compliance. Ratha's practice spans a variety of sectors, with particular expertise in the energy, mining and infrastructure sectors.

Ratha has extensive experience in leading, managing and co-ordinating teams to successfully execute and deliver major and strategic transactions.
