Rabinder has wide experience in all areas of commercial real estate. Her experience includes institutional real estate investment transactions, landlord and tenant work, and real estate finance work.
She has particular experience acting on a wide variety of asset acquisitions and disposals (including foreign inward investment acquisitions) of both single and multi-let office, retail, and industrial properties, pre-let and development agreements, and Certificates of Title and Facility Agreements in relation to large/complex properties.
Rabinder also has experience in a wider range of leasing matters, including complex partnership and guarantee issues in respect of institutional tenants and generic market expertise on the detailed provisions of asset acquisitions and disposal agreements.
