Quynh Anh specialises in German stock corporation law and advises companies and their corporate bodies in relation to corporate governance matters, in particular general meetings, liability of corporate bodies, critical shareholders and group law aspects.Her practice further includes the structuring and execution of intra-group reorganisations, capital measures and company agreements.
During her practice at Ashurst, Quynh Anh has spent several months at Ashurst's London office, where she worked closely with the London Corporate Team on M&A transactions.
