Priya is an energy projects specialist based in Abu Dhabi.
She advises the full spectrum of clients from international energy companies, to national energy companies, project developers, traders and off-takers in relation to major LNG / natural gas and energy project developments, and acquisitions and disposals.
Priya advises E&P companies and project developers on major energy projects in the Asia-Pacific region (including on LNG regasification and liquefaction projects) and has significant off-take experience having advised clients on the terms of sale and purchase agreements for both long term and short term supply of LNG (including on LNG master sale and purchase agreements). She also has specialist knowledge of LNG receiving terminal capacity and use agreements, including inter-customer arrangements for multi-user LNG terminals.
Priya has significant experience in the upstream oil and gas space, having advised clients on complex acquisitions and disposals, PSC and other concession arrangements, E&P joint ventures, natural gas sale and purchase agreements and transportation arrangements across the Asia Pacific region and in Europe.
