Phoebe is a senior associate of Ashurst Shanghai office and works in the finance group focusing on general lending, derivatives and structured products.
Phoebe has acted for Chinese financial institutions, foreign financial institutions and Chinese corporate clients on various banking matters, including syndicated loans, real estate financing, project financing, M&A financing, and prepayment financing.
Before joining Ashurst in 2018, she have worked with two leading PRC law firms and a famous PRC food company.
Phoebe graduated from Fudan University and New York University school of law.
She is qualified to practise PRC law from 2014, and licensed to practise New York law from 2017.
She speaks Mandarin (native language) and English.
