Paul specialises in advising banks, financial services firms and corporates in connection with complex commercial disputes, internal and regulatory investigations, enforcement proceedings and competition litigation. He also has extensive experience advising in relation to insolvency (including cross-border insolvency) and restructuring disputes and schemes of arrangement under the Companies Act 2006.
